Hi, I'm Kathryn
Kathryn Lanzillo-Hidalgo (BS, MEd, NBCT) is an assistant principal at Bryant Montessori and Geiger Montessori in the Tacoma Public School District (Tacoma, WA). Kathryn is in her 19th year as an educator, with the majority of those years in public Montessori schools across the country. Kathryn presented her Master's thesis on reading comprehension and writing in the Montessori classroom at TME in 2010 and is an active member of the AMS Innovative Think Tank. Kathryn has also worked as a leader in DEIB in Tacoma Public Schools.

Devin Veselenak, MEd, is a Lead Elementary Guide at the Montessori School of Waukesha, Wisconsin’s only AMS-accredited Montessori school, located in Waukesha, WI. He holds a Master’s degree in Montessori Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. Devin co-founded Nido Kindergarten, an AMI-accredited bilingual Montessori school in Germany and is an active member of the AMS National Think Tank. He has spoken at multiple regional Montessori conferences and recently presented at the AMS Traveling Symposium in 2024. His research focuses on modernizing Cosmic Education materials to reflect inclusive narratives and address contemporary educational needs.

Hi, I'm Caitlyn
Caitlyn is the Head of School at All Day Montessori (ADM) in Chicago, Illinois. She was a Montessori child attending Portage Collaborative Montessori School from age three through eighth grade. She has served as a teacher and an administrator at schools around the Chicago Area. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Xavier University in Cincinnati. She earned a Master of Education in Educational Policy and Leadership, with a focus on Diversity and Equity in Education, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is a trained SEED anti-racist facilitator, and integrates inclusivity and equity into school practices. Along with being in the Think Tank, she serves on the boards of the Association of Illinois Montessori School (AIMS) and Humboldt Park Montessori.

Hi, I'm Diane
Diane Nickerson is the founder and director of Castle Island Bilingual Montessori, a Spanish immersion independent elementary school in Albany NY. For thirty years she has been an early childhood through secondary educator. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Education; and, a Master's degree in Educational Administration/Policy Studies. Excited about multilingual immersion learning environments and DEIB approaches for broadening families' access to Montessori education, she serves on the board of the NYS Montessori Alliance and on the NYS Education Department's Commissioner's Advisory Council for Religious and Independent Schools, and is a member of the DEIB work group of the AMS Think Tank.
